Scan Bills & Plates

Point the camera at it, and stop typing.

A garage invoice, a fuel receipt, a VIN plate, the dashboard itself. Photograph it and Fleeturio reads the figures and fills the form in. Every number nobody types is a number nobody types wrong.

Bills and receipts

The fuel stop is logged before they pull away.

Photograph the receipt at the pump. Amount, litres, unit price and the station are read off it and attached to the vehicle the driver is in — which is why the expense record is complete at the end of the month.

VIN plates

Adding a car without typing seventeen characters.

A VIN is seventeen characters of letters and digits that look alike, transcribed from a plate in a door jamb. Photograph it instead and the make, model, year and VIN come back filled in.

Odometers

The dash reads itself.

Odometer logging is a photograph, not a typed number. The reading is taken off the picture, checked against the previous one, and stored with the photo as its own evidence.

How it works

Three things to set up. Then it runs.

Step 01

Take the photo

At the pump, at the garage counter, at the car. The camera is already in their hand and the document is already in front of them.

Step 02

Check what was read

The figures come back filled in. The driver glances at them and confirms — which is a tap, not a form.

Step 03

It files itself

The record attaches to the right vehicle with the photo kept as the receipt, ready for the month-end you no longer have to assemble.

Questions

Before you ask.

What can it read?

Fuel receipts, garage invoices, odometer displays and VIN plates. Anything else can still be attached as a photo with the figures entered by hand.

What if it reads something wrong?

Nothing is saved until it is confirmed, and anything the system is unsure about is marked for review rather than filed silently.

Are the photos kept?

Yes — the image is stored with the record, so the receipt is still there when an accountant asks for it in nine months.

Does it work on handwritten bills?

Printed documents read reliably; handwritten ones vary. Those come back for review with the photo attached so nothing is lost either way.

Can drivers do this, or only owners?

Drivers scan from their own app — which is the point, since they are the ones standing at the pump.

Stop retyping paper.

The camera your drivers already carry can do the data entry nobody wants to do. Free to start.
