These are the rules for using Fleeturio. They exist so both sides know where they stand, and we've kept them as readable as we could. By creating an account you agree to them; if you're setting Fleeturio up for a company, you're agreeing on the company's behalf.
Your account
- Use real details when you sign up, and keep your login to yourself.
- What happens under your account is your responsibility — turn on two-factor authentication if you manage anything important.
- When you invite drivers and managers, you're vouching for them and for the data they put in.
Fair use
Use Fleeturio to manage vehicles you actually have the right to manage. Don't try to get into other people's data, don't flood or deliberately break the service, and don't upload anything illegal. If you stumble on a security hole, tell us about it — don't use it.
Your data stays yours
Everything you put into Fleeturio remains yours. You give us just enough permission to host and process it so the product works, as described in the Privacy Policy. One thing we insist on: if you track vehicles that other people drive, it's on you to tell them and to have the right to do so under your local law.
Paying for Fleeturio
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe, in USD, on the cycle you pick at checkout.
- Cancel whenever you like — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't charge you again after that.
- If a charge ever looks wrong, email support@fleeturio.com and we'll look into it.
When things break
We work to keep Fleeturio up around the clock, but no service runs forever without a hiccup. We do maintenance, we ship changes, and occasionally something will wobble. We don't promise uninterrupted service — we do promise to fix problems quickly and to be straight with you about them.
The legal edges
Fleeturio is a tool; the fleet is still yours to run. Decisions about drivers, salaries, vehicles and road safety are yours, and the service is provided as-is. If something does go wrong on our side, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law says you always have.
Parting ways
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service — and if we do, we'll tell you why. Either way, your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes & questions
If these terms change we'll post the update here and flag anything meaningful in the app. Questions about any of it — support@fleeturio.com.
