Fleeturio is fleet management software with driver payroll built in. It is used to track vehicles and drivers, run payroll, and manage faults, service and documents, from a web dashboard and a mobile app. It is made by the Fleeturio team and is available worldwide.
What Fleeturio does
- Vehicles and drivers. Every vehicle, driver and assignment in one record.
- Driver payroll. Pay by salary, distance, days worked or trip commission.
- Live driver locations. Positions come from the driver's phone.
- Faults and service. Breakdowns reported from the road; service intervals counted in kilometres.
- Document expiry. Warnings before insurance and registrations lapse.
- Fuel and diagnostics. Real consumption and engine fault codes, read over a standard OBD adapter.
Who it is for
Fleeturio is built for fleet owners and fleet managers who run vehicles with drivers: rental fleets, taxi and ride fleets, tourism operators, delivery fleets and company car fleets. It is designed for small and mid-sized fleets first, and it supports multiple organisations and multiple fleets within one account.
How it is different
Most fleet platforms require a GPS tracker to be fitted to each vehicle, usually on a multi-year hardware contract, and treat driver pay as somebody else's problem. Fleeturio inverts both. Location comes from the driver's phone, so a fleet can start with no hardware at all, and payroll is part of the product rather than an export into a spreadsheet.
Where more detail is wanted than a phone can give, Fleeturio reads the engine directly through a standard ELM327-compatible OBD adapter. See OBD adapter compatibility. The adapter is optional, generic, and bought from anywhere.
Languages
Fleeturio is available in English, Sinhala, Tamil, German and Thai.
